1. Regional Managers
Requirements/Qualifications
Degree/HND/MBA in Business Admin, Food Tech, Cat & Hotel Management
3-5 years experience in a similar position.
Ensuring high standard of hygiene of staff, food and environment in all
outlets
Improve profitability across the outlets through effective cost control
Customer service/relationship management
Leadership/supervisory skills
Conflict management/resolution
Interpersonal Relationship
Communication (oral/written)
2. Finance and Account Manager
Requirements/Qualifications
Degree/HND in Accounting, ACA, MBA
7 years experience in a similar position.
Providing financial advice on the company’s short, medium and long term cash/funding/risk situation
to the Management.
Coordinating and preparation of company’s operational budgets, monitors and reports performance
against targets.
Managing banking relationships to facilitate company operations targets.
Preparing comprehensive, proactive and timely financial and management information, including cash
flow and statutory accounts
3. Snr. Manager, Outdoor Catering
Requirements/Qualifications
Degree/HND in Food Tech, Catering & Hotel Mgt., and any relevant background
5 years experience in similar position.
Organize, lead and motivate the outdoor catering team.
Coordinate catering/banquet service activities, recommends menus to customers.
Keep abreast of trends & developments in the industry such as menus, trends in customer tastes and
management issues.
Monitor and ensure the quality of products and services provided.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs for Out Door Catering
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned account support.
4. Internal Auditor
Requirements/Qualifications
Degree/HND in Accounting, ACA, MBA
6 years experience in a similar position.
Overall management of the Audit Department
Ensure compliance to company’s policy and procedures
Design and implementation of Audit work plan to cover.
Review operational and financial activities of the organization and make recommendations to Managing
Director on possible areas of wastages or leakages.
Full audit of outlets, operational, units to ensure completeness of financial records, stock and stores
management.
5. Research & Development Manager (Product Development)
Requirements/Qualifications
Degree/HND in Food Tech, Catering & Hotel Mgt., and any relevant background
5 years experience in similar position.
Carrying out activities aimed at developing new products.
Monitor Restaurants and ensure compliance to recipes.
Reassess existing products with a view to making necessary improvements.
Benchmarking competitors’ products and services and services with a view to advising management
accordingly.
