· A first degree from a reputable university
· Four years work experience.

JOB SPECIFICATION FOR ACCOUNTANT
· BSC/HND in Accounting
· Chartered Accountant
· Minimum of Five Years work experience
· Experience in preparing group accounts
· Proficiency in using ‘quick books’ and other related accounting software software
· Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
· Excellent working knowledge of MS office software systems including Outlook, Word, Excel and
· PowerPoint (Access is an added advantage).
· Not more than 45 years of age
· Reconciliation of proprietary fund bank accounts and the preparation of the company accounts reconciliation statements
· Preparation of company management accounts and the schedule of supporting documents variance analysis
· Remittance of statutory returns and reports including taxes
· Co-ordination of the company annual audit and tax review process and exercise


JOB SPECIFICATION FOR GROUP HEAD HR AND ADMIN
· Sound knowledge and hands on experience of the implementation of generalist HR functions – Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR policy formulation, advice and implementation.
· Good knowledge and usage of business tools for data reporting, and for measuring and tracking HR performance.
· Strong problem solving skills, analytical abilities and capacity to design and implement people solutions
· Able to think holistically as a business partner; and to appreciate the systemic impact of various HR policies, issues and solutions on the organizations strategy
· Demonstrate experience and capability in the supervision of staff.
· Excellent business writing skills with experience in policy writing and communication strategies
· Strong networking and people management skills.
· Not more than 45 years of age
· First Degree in social Sciences, a Masters degree would be an advantage
· Membership of Professional Association e.g. CIPM
· Minimum of Five Years work experience
