Head, Training Consulting

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Marketing the firm’s training services to a wide range of clients
• Preparing and structuring training proposals
• Managing training programs
• Leading and motivating the team to achieve revenue and actualize profit

Qualification & Experience
• Upwards of 10 years experience in training management/training consulting
• Candidates with not less than 5 years experience in a leading training consulting practice will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a target driven environment
• Masters degree will be an added advantage

Business Development Officers
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for marketing the firm’s training services and products to a wide range of clients

Qualification & Experience
• University degree, preferably at post-graduate level
• Not less than five years business development experience, preferably in Training consulting practice
