JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the following:
• Planning publicity strategies and campaigns;
• Writing and producing presentations and press releases;
• Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations;
• Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
• Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations;
• Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress;
• Analysing media coverage;
• Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research;
• Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives;
• Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR THE POSITION

QUALIFICATION
A degree/HND in the humanities or social sciences i.e. language and communications, management, business or media studies, marketing or behavioural sciences from a reputable institution. Membership of a recognized PR body will be of added advantage.

Job Summary:
· Posting relevant materials on our social media sites to ensure daily conversations on our social media sites and other community sites.
· Daily suggesting tweets, facebook, memes, ideas to promote clients, projects, BHM, etc. in line with on-going activities.
· Issuing daily facebook notes in BHM facebook page consisting of spins, photo releases and videos.
· Adopting and managing social media campaigns to maintain top of the mind awareness for clients and agency alike.
· Working with each client to determine what their goals are for implementing social media into their overall marketing strategy.
· Monitoring social media trends of clients, rival agencies and rival brands.
· Organizing press activities, social media activities, events and tradeshows.
· Developing and distributing releases to the full range of media outlets including national, suburban and regional TV, radio and Internet.
· Proactively seeking media opportunities that support the organization’s and campaign objectives.
· Evaluating and reporting on the reach and impact of media activities through regular media monitoring and contribute copy for campaign evaluations.
· Creating and maintaining media contact lists, liaise with individuals and media outlets and develop and manage relationships with key media partners including outlets, PR agencies and contractors.
· Coordinating the development, production and distribution of audio-visual materials, web-based advertisements and other broadcast media materials.
· Supporting campaigns through the development of media messaging, briefing notes and acts as a media spokesperson when required.
· In consultation with relevant campaign managers, overseeing the development and running of campaign launch and media sites.

JOB SUMMARY:
· Dispatching of Office mails
· Preparing daily work and run schedules.
· Receiving or preparing work orders
· Monitoring and maintenance of official Bike
· Recording of Deliveries made to clients daily and ensuring the signatures of all receivers are recorded.
· Arranging for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
· Relaying work orders, messages, and information appropriately.
· Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
· Recording and maintaining files and records of customer requests work or services performed charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
