COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE MANAGER (1)

This role will be expected to:
? Manage, integrate and control the sales of company products to old and new distributors.
? Maintain database of existing and new distributors.
? Interface with media houses/agencies to seal negotiation deals on behalf of the company.
? Oversee Commercial /Public and Advert communications in support of business objectives.

CONTENT OFFICERS (2)

This role will be expected to:
? Preview and evaluate content to be distributed by the company and determine appropriate sales type
? Review content quality and participate in content acquisition by recommending suitable movies and music for purchase.
? Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports on viability of content in distribution
? Respond to stakeholders’ questions, comments and/or complaints regarding purchased or prospective purchased content.
? Be involved in the development of content acquisition goals, policies and procedures.
? Participate in negotiation deals with content providers, and ensures compliance to the contract agreement.
? Ensure that video, music files and relevant Metadata, artwork and information on each content are uploaded.
? Manage digital content sources for content in all product categories.

The individual for this position must have:
? A good first degree in Social Science/Communications or any relevant discipline.
? Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
? Strategic Planning skills.
? Good communication skills.
? Ability to work in a team

Salary considerations for the position include:

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (1)

This role will be expected to:
? Brainstorm and mock up ideas to be designed on banners for promoted items on the site.
? Design adverts and ensure that they are accurate and within company standard to be used for print and online media
? Create new and modify artwork for products
? Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify designs to be used.
? Use innovative means to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client;
? Understand and creatively interpret the business needs;

? A good first degree in Arts, Computer Science or any other Design related discipline
? Minimum of 3 years experience in a related role

This role will be expected to:
? Manage, edit and update relevant information online.
? Manage stock levels of existing online content.
? Upload Trailers for movies, Digital Media for streaming to internet TV and design banners for promoted products.
? Ensure that all website content is uploaded to the site on a timely basis.
? Ensure overall integrity of website through constant review of content, ensuring all links are active and troubleshooting errors.
? Research best practices that enhance the value of the website.
? Work to keep the site up to date with available technologies.
? Ensure that the overall navigational design flow of the website is user friendly.
? Ensure all content is accurate and in accordance with content supply from content providers.
? Monitor the usage and traffic of website.
? Notify relevant parties of errors, etc.

The individual for this position must have:
? A good first degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline
? Minimum of 5 experience in a related role
? Experience in Photoshop, Flash, Visual Basic, Vision, Adobe Dreamweaver etc.
? Knowledge of development languages like PHP, HTML, SQL etc.
? Knowledge in web design, scripting and database management is required.

This role will be expected to:
? Operate and administer the company’s internal networks e.g. LAN/WAN, servers, email and network security systems.
? Administer and maintain company’s internal systems.
? Configure and set-up new server systems required internally for the company’s activities.
? Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
? Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades
? Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.
? Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
? Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
? Forecasting any needed improvements, budgeting for and implementing any changes.
? Perform maintenance, installation and other required functions for machines, servers, PCs, Users, etc on the network.
