Personal Assistant

The Ideal person will:


§ Beorganized and efficient with an eye for detail;
§ Be able to multi-task effectively;
§ Have good time management skills;
§ Have excellent communication and presentation skills;
§ Have excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings;
§ Have experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations;
§ Have strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
§ Have experience in scheduling travel arrangements for management and international associates or clients.

Overall, articulacy (reading and writing), initiative, and organizational and time-management skills are critical requirements.
Must have Qualifications:

§ Degree in English Language/ Secretarial Studies/ Management/ or any business related discipline
§ At least 2 years working experience as an administrative assistant/ Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Senior executive
