POSITION:
1. QA/QC(QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL) INSPECTOR
Required No of Persons : 2 suitable candidates
LOCATION: ABUJA
REPORTING TO : QA/QC MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspection of all incoming LV materials, external electrical like SLS, leak detection panels, piping, CPCMS,etc
- Prepare documents and attachments for the inspection and testing of electrical system
- Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI(Request for Inspection) for witness/hold point etc
- Overall quality supervision for MEP works
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
- First degree in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
- Upper age limt: 40years

2. SITE ENGINEER & QA/QC((QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL) INSPECTOR
Required No of Persons : 2 suitable candidates each
LOCATION: ABUJA
REPORTING TO : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER & QA/QC MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plants
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents, supplied by the client/architect
- Day to day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
- First degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
- Upper age limt: 40years

- Inspection of all incoming HVAC & plumbing
- Site inspection and coordination
- Review the mechanical works check list, as built on drawing and related quality control documents for final drossier
- Overall quality supervision for MEP works
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
- First degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
- Upper age limt: 40years

- Develop or supervise the manufacturing of electrical equipments

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of relevant mechanical(HVAC) contractors to ensure quality and that constructions/installations are in conformity with the drawings, specifications, etc
- Review materials and equipment, ensuring that they are in accordance with the design
- Witnessing testing, commissioning and performance of various plant and environmental impact issues are complied with.
- Review drawings(As Built) and operation and maintenance manuals
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have at least five (5) years experience In HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION company
- First degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from a reputable university
- Upper age limt: 40years
