Job Title: Senior Manager- Operations and Organizational Development

Position Expectation:
To provide a dedicated operational employee service and articulate the organizational structure, job design, career planning and successions planning strategies in line with business strategy as well as maintain & implement an organizational performance management and reward system that is aligned to business goals.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Articulate optimal organizational design and supporting job profiling and vice versa
Lead and direct organization change management process in line with business needs/strategy
Design and facilitate the Group succession planning strategy.
Articulate and align the Group competency architecture to business strategy
Develop and modify company remuneration strategy, incentive programs and implementation model according to market remuneration conditions and industry benchmarking so that it will that motivate all employees, and reward those employees, teams, and organizational units whose performance exceeds expectations
Monitor market practice to ensure the Group maintains a competitive position to recruit and retain talented individuals, while embedding and improving reward and recognition policies that drive and reward high performance
Develop, implement and coordinate employee performance management systems
Lead efforts to articulate and revise, enforce and monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of HR management polices
Review complex personnel issues and problems and prepare equitable, promptly and timely recommendations for their resolutions and appropriate action
Oversee the administration and negotiation of contracts (property, medical, school, employment) and finalise completed agreements
Ensure the timely preparation of HR Operations reports
Assess areas requiring improvement in employee relations and staff management support in consultation with the HR Executive, managers and individual employees as may be required.
Develop a competent HR Operations service channel
Ensure availability and provision of accommodation for visitors.
Manage the recruitment, induction and deployment of staff from end to end
Respond to executives, managers, supervisors and employees concerning employee relations policies, practices and procedures

Education and other requirements:
A good first degree preferably in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or other relevant field

Professional Certificate in management

Age Limit: 25-40 years
