Our client, an international company specialised in the sales, engineering and service of fully automated power solutions for the electric power generation market seeks to engaged the services of a Chief Accounting Officer and an Executive Assistant to fill vacant positions in the new office in Nigeria.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Chief Accounting Officer

CORE COMPETENCES:
· Strong tax and accounting skills
· Knowledge of Nigerian accounting rules
· Experience (at least 3-5 years) in management accounting
· Experience in organizing financials processes
· Experience in pay roll and PAYE process
· Knowledge and experience with IT and ERP systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent and/or at least 5 years of experience in the area of Administration/Accounting
· Certified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or equivalent
· Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written
· Proven experience in working for international companies
. Strong sense of integrity
. Good interpersonal skill




2. Executive Assistant

CORE COMPETENCES:
· Socially adaptive, able to blend in to work with expatriates
· Systematic & 'pragmatic' working method (result-oriented attitude, decisive, independent)
· Accurate and exact working approach
· Strong communication skills
· Flexible attitude (no 9 to 5 mentality)
. Knowledge of invoicing, payments to suppliers and bookkeeping

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor degree or its equivalent and/or at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
. Passed ACCA or ICAN level 1&2 an advantage
· Administrational knowledge and background
· Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
· Knowledge and experience with MS Office
· Experience in working for international companies
