Job Purpose•

Develop and lead execution of fully integrated, shopper, customers/channels insights based brand/category solutions and activities for customers/channels.Key Task

• Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities with specific customers/channels.

• Work with Key Account managers to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of Business Plan

• Develop strong relationships with Customer at marketing and Activation level

• Customer input into innovation program

• Manage total trade investiments (TTI)

• Jointly build account/channel specific Customer marketing plans to deliver category/brand objectives (CMP)

• Integration of brand marketing plans with customer business planning

• Consolidate field plans

• Ensure Brand standards/Brand DNA for channels are adhered to

• Lead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings

• Channel and Customer thought Leadership
Qualifications:
Qualifications • First degree from any field • MBA and/or other professional qualifications will added advantage • Minimum of three years experience from FMCG environment. Proffesional Skills • Customer Marketing Strategy • Brand/In store Activation • Customer Shopper and Channel Understanding • Category Thinking
