Our client, a fast-growing and diversified group of companies with presence in the West-African sub-region, requires the services of experienced and entrepreneurial individuals to occupy the following positions:
Training Officer
Tasks include:
· Responsibility for maintaining training records.
· Responsibility for carrying out in-plant training
· Identifying training and development needs and meeting them by designing training courses and programmes necessary to meet these training needs
· Assist in developing a comprehensive training package that encompasses both these elements in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the client.
· Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers
· Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
· Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
· Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
· Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
· Ability to develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
Requirements:
· Minimum of B.Sc / HND in related course
· 2- 4 years Experience in the same role
· Must be computer literate ( PowerPoint compulsory)
· Not more than 30 years.
