Training Manager Wanted
We are currently seeking for the services of a training manager with the following:

Qualification: B.A/BSc. in any arts and social sciences or related field; relevant professional certification (CIPM) will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3-4 years experience in Learning and Development

Gender: Male/Female

Age: 29 - 35 years

Required to:
Identify training needs of staff members
Plan and successfully implement training programs in the organization
Create focused training modules
Monitor and analyze training impact on staff and general company
Research on current learning and development trends for the company
Motivate staff members to participate in training.
Manage other day-to-day HR issues

Strong persuasive skill
Good team development and interpersonal skill
Excellent facilitation and communication skill

Personality:
Smart and personable
Creative and proactive
Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering required result
Ability to manage pressure.
