A real estate firmsituated in the Victoria Island area of Lagos is currently recruiting into its sales/marketingunit young and experienced sales officers to boost its workforce.

Responsibilities:
- to market and sell off all company projects
- to sign up new Joint Venture contracts
- to increasecompany revenue through lettings of vacant apartments
- to sign up newfacility management contracts

Requirements:
- ability to muliti-task and be proactive.
- must be a fast learner with a teachable spirit.
- must have 2 years minimum experience in real estate/property development.
- must be highly proficient in the use of Ms Office suite.
- must have good communication skill and excellent customer serviceorientation.
- ability to gather and analyze information as related to the industry.
