Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant will execute weekly sales plan by engaging local businesses
1. Primary responsibility is to successful communicate the benefits and highlight opportunities Whereyoudey’s online, SMS and Print product can provide to a local business.
2. Reports to the designated Sales Lead and Operations Manager. Ensures the sales organization vision aligns with company goals by executing sales team’s day to day operations.
3. Build strong customer relationships and strive to exceed customer satisfaction with Whereyoudey products by ensuring all customer requirements are met
4. Conduct daily sales engagement process as defined in the weekly sales plan and follow-up with previously engaged customers. Inform local residents on Whereyoudey referral program
5. Actively market Whereyoudey products and services to end users/business owners on a continuous basis while earning a rewarding fixed income with additional commissions.

Job Skills & Attributes:

1. Demonstrate great interpersonal skills and outgoing personality with a charm of networking with individuals on a first time basis. Ability to engage or interact with local business owners and effectively communicate Whereyoudey Value Proposition
2. Individual must possess great persuasive skills with details and facts about the company’s products. A non-aggressive sales style with a zeal for executing a sale while demonstrating professionalism
3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written knowledge
4. Ability to deliver on set goals and expectations. Shows high professional ethical standards and an independent thinker with high integrity.
5. Must be open to direction and coaching with a collaborative work style
6. Ability to communicate new ideas and sales strategies of importance to the organization

Qualifications:
-BA/BS in Arts, Business, Accounting, Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. OND/HND Grads can apply.
- First time graduates with NYSC or individuals with no working experience can apply.
- Sound problem solving skills, issues resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Own a laptop and connect card is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Locations Recruiting for:
• Port Harcourt
• Abuja

Salary & Compensations:

Base salary and commission compensation ranging from NGN 40,000 – NGN150,000 per month. Opportunity to grow income quickly for motivated employees when sales goals are exceeded.
