Job Description
Nanophos SA (www.nanophos.com) is an international nanotechnology chemicals research, manufacturing, sales and service company. Her range of products include, but are not limited to, water-proofing, anti bacterial, UV stabilization, self sterilization etc and serves the Building Construction industry, Ferrous steel anti corrosion, Swimming pool leakages through mosaic tiles, water proofing of Cartons, plywood, fibrous materials, POP ceilings and walls, natural wood, clay and pottery, Concrete Decking leakages, Tiles, Marble, Granite stains protection, Pipeline corrosion protection, Roof and Roof gutter leakages, Tanks and Freight containers coating, Self cleaning and sterilization of Tiles and Glass applications in a wide spectrum. Nanophos manufactures in Europe but has Partner facilities in 42 countries of the world including India, China, Italy, UK, Belgium, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and ECOWAS, to mention but a few.

Barini and Partners Limited, 31a Marine road, Apapa GRA, Lagos, ECOWAS franchise owners of Nanophos SA in Nigeria, has sold and serviced from Lagos one product of the Nanophos range Surfapore C for roof gutter leakages, in the last year, and now seeks to expand her product portfolio and operations to every state capital in Nigeria. This is done through the appointment of ONE Franchise partner in each of the Six Geopolitical zones and a number of Key Distributors for each Geopolitical zone. The core of her strategy is to make the Nanotechnology solutions of Nanophos SA nearer to every Building Construction, Steel, Oil and Gas users in Nigeria. By this coordinated supply chain and a customer centric value chain, prices of the Product range are also expected to be significantly lowered and thus affordable to even individual house builders and minor building renovations. All employees and partners, on their successful appointment, will receive best practices training on the sale and service of Nanotechnology construction chemicals. 13 different and unique products are available for sale in Nigeria to solve the water problems of the Real estate industry.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (6 Nos)
Location: across the country

Responsibilities
S(he) shall be responsible for all sales, service, customer base expansion, product portfolio penetration,
Distributor Inventory Management, Retailer Market Incentive programs, High end Construction companies and real estate developers customer service programs,
Ensure GMP and ethical conduct in all distributor warehouses and sales contact.
S(he) shall be responsible for the National SME empowerment programs for bricklayers, artisans, applicators and service contractors that will apply the Nanophos products on various surfaces in the industry.
S(he) shall liaise with all professionals and their bodies, and deliver high end solutions support for critical project needs.
S(he) shall oversee distribution activities across the informal building materials market in all such outlets in the relevant Geopolitical zone.
S(he) shall have overall responsibility for the “ train the trainers program” that will employ our change agents in the Building Construction and allied industries.
The person shall be based in his geopolitical zone and oversee all operations from there.
S(he) shall report to the Executive Director (Sales and Marketing) in Lagos.

Requirements
A graduate of any numerate discipline with a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience. Preferences may go to graduates of Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology and related fields, Economics, Business Administration and French.
Demonstration of potential competencies to develop a strong interest in building services
Experience in the construction industry serving support needs, by sales and services of Construction chemicals, may also be an advantage.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills and ability to consistently deliver through marketing communications to the industry is not negotiable.
