REQUIREMENTS:
? Responsible for the preparation and servicing meetings, conferences, events and ensure that the necessary logistics are in place.
? Prepare guest lists and seating arrangements
? Schedule appointments, take notes, obtain background information.
? Prepare conference and meeting conduct accreditation in accordance with company policy.
? Good understanding of Hotel Management.
? Good knowledge of protocol skills.

SKILLS / TECHNOLOGY AWARENESS
? Good customer service skills
? Good Administrative and planning skills
? Good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
? Good use of the computer ;Microsoft office packages
? Very good use of Internet features.
? Should be technology gadgets friendly

EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
? Minimum of B. Sc/B.A/HND in any related field of study (Additional
certification will be an added advantage)
? 2-3 Years work experience.
? Age: 30 - 40
? Gender: Male
