PROTOCOL OFFICER with the following requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
§ Responsible for the preparation and servicing meetings, conferences, events and ensure that the necessary logistics are in place.
§ Prepare guest lists and seating arrangements
§ Schedule appointments, take notes, obtain background information.
§ Prepare conference and meeting conduct accreditation in accordance with company policy.
§ Good understanding of Hotel Management.
§ Good knowledge of protocol skills.

SKILLS / TECHNOLOGY AWARENESS
§ Good customer service skills
§ Good Administrative and planning skills
§ Good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
§ Good use of the computer ;Microsoft office packages
§ Very good use of Internet features.
§ Should be technology gargets friendly


EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
§ Minimum of B. Sc/B.A/HND in any related field of study (Additional
certification will be an added advantage)
§
2-3 Years work experience.
§
Age: 30 - 40
