RETAIL STORE VACANCIES
Our client, a major Children’s Wears retail super store, probably the largest in country today, located in Abuja requires for immediate employment, highly motivated individuals.

STORE MANAGER
Roles &Responsibilities

1.Human Resources, specifically: recruiting, hiring, training and development, performance management, payroll, and schedule workplace scheduling. 2.Store business operations, including managing profit and loss, facility management, safety and security, loss prevention (also called shrink), and banking. 3.Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns. 4.Team Development, facilitating staff learning and development. 5.Problem solving, handling unusual circumstances.
Qualification
1. H.n.d /B.sc in any discipline (Possession of an MBA is definitely an advantage).
2. 8 -15 years cognate working experience (4 years of which must have been in retail management).
3. Exceptional Speech & written English skills.
4. Must be Computer literate and IT current.

SALES MARKETING
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develops, implements and manages marketing and sales strategy
2. Define and develop the target market
3. Manages all promotional efforts
4. Oversees the marketing/sales efforts within the store.
Qualification
1. Hnd/Bsc in any discipline
2. 5-7 year’s cognate working experience (experience in merchandizing desired)
3. Exceptional Speech & written English skills
4. Must be Computer literate and IT current.

STORE KEEPER
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develops, implements and manages marketing and sales strategy
2. Define and develop the target market
3. Manages all promotional efforts
4. Oversees the marketing/sales efforts within the store.
Qualification
1. Hnd/Bsc in accounting, purchasing and sales management, or Diploma in retail store management
2. 3 year’s in store keeping department of a retail store.
3. Exceptional Speech & written English skills
4. Must be Computer literate and IT current (knowledge of Daceasy accounting software is
an advantage).

REMUNERATION
Candidates are expected to be residing in Abuja. Salaries are very competitive and commensurate with the industry standard.
