Marketing and Events Assistant needed
A reputable publishing house is looking to hire an experienced Marketing and Events Assistant who has experience with the implementation of company’s marketing and PR strategies; coordinates and manages events.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing, coordinating, and managing events including press conferences, book fairs, book launches, reading tours, author interviews, etc
• Writing and disseminating online and print media announcements, including website, twitter, face book and blog posts.
• Managing and utilizing company’s contact database in order to achieve sales
• Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with key retail outlets
• Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts
• Providing administrative support to the Marketing and Brand Manager
• Other related marketing activities as necessary

Experience and Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent
• At least 1 year’s experience in marketing and/or events coordination preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services.

Location: Lagos Mainland.

Salary Range: Between N80, 000 and N100, 000 per month
