REQUIRED SKILLS


· Must have basic selling skills

· Must have an in-depth knowledge of product

· Must be able to conduct price analysis

· Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of relevant software

· Excellent presentation skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good negotiating skills

· Must be able to create and maintain relationship with customers

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Make new contracts, win new customers accounts & maintain existing customers

· Prepare proposals and quotations

· Prepare and update sales reporting tools

· Place order and ensure complete delivery

· Channel customer feedback appropriately

· Keep up to date records of sales and collection

· Keep all customer documents filed on the PC, and back up with hard copy

· Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly feedback

· Ensure customer satisfaction

· Active involvement in sales promotion events

Education:
