We are an IT Company based in Lekki-Ajah part of Lagos and we are looking for a suitable Admin/Account Officer with proficiency in accounting packages like QuickBooks to manage our company accounts.
He/she must be able to provide administrative support.

Duties include general clerical functions, perform the jobs in Nigeria of a receptionist.
He/she must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Excellent filing system.
2. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
3. Collect and maintain inventory.
4. Handles account/ bank reconciliation
5. Entering day to day transaction
6. Making bank deposit.
7. Be able to keep tracks of income/expense for the company
8. Be able to manage the company’s account
9. Have a minimum of 3 years experience as admin officer
QUALIFICATION: B.Sc/ HND in Business Administration
Other certification is an advantage
• Be able to keep tracks of income/expense for the company
• Be able to manage the company’s account
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an accountant
• Be a MALE/FEMALE
• Be ready to work without supervision
• Have good communication (written, and oral) skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
