Ø Fair understanding of pre-press, press and post-press operations,
Ø Knowledge of paper types, ink, carbonless stock, and the offset printing process.
Ø Assist the customer with solutions to job problems and ensure utmost customer satisfaction
Ø Communicate to Production immediately, a problem that will affect the smooth running of the job
Ø Must be Computer proficient and should be able to make reports.
Ø Developing relationships with customers while increasing Sales.
Ø Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels
Ø Ability to work accurately under pressure within set guidelines and procedures
Ø Prepare periodic sales and customers contribution reports.

Ø To ensure the front desk area to be cleaned and in tidy order;

Ø To be responsible for maintenance, upgrade and development of data collection system of the company
