ROLE PROFILE:

Suitable candidate would be responsible for external and internal 1st level support services which include Desktop support, LAN, WAN and infrastructure with Emphasis in Electrical Electronics.


CORE FUNCTION

Monitoring the local and wide area network.

Installation, integration, maintenance and management of networked systems for the transmission of data.

Identify and resolve server hard ware issues.

Server support would be windows enterprise and other servers in the data centre.

Carry out regular checks on the status of servers (soft and hard ware)

Manage the data backup of servers.

Efficiently analyzing and correcting hard ware and network issues.

Start up all applications e.g.: Sugar, CRM, Sales force ETC.

Install soft ware, tests systems, implement and maintain system integrity.

Recommend and install fire walls and antivirus software

Handle escalation support from support team as assigned

Manage and support all Electrical installation within the company and deployed Electrical /ICT technology to clients.


SKILLS:
Familiarity with VSAT, Radio and Fiber WAN links.

Technical skill/experience.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess good organizational skill

Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work well with others

Good analytical skill

Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contact outside of the company in an articulate , professional manner

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skill

Proactive and the ability to use initiative.

Professionalism and task oriented


EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
BSC Engineering computer science , or any relevant related course

Knowledgeable or have a technology background

Power, cooling , electrical or mechanical engineer

Good understanding of physical/storage environment and system performance

Good understanding of physical electrical wiring's

CCNA, MCSE
