Our client, a card payment and switching company located in Abuja is looking for an individual who would head HR, Corporate services and admin. The successful candidate would be in-charge of making sure that the organization is established and running smoothly with all required personnel and supplies adequately provided. Makes sure that a cordial relationship is maintained with all external entities such as regulators and other Government agencies. Creates and maintains a good corporate image for the organization.

Responsibilities:
CORPORATE SERVICES, ADMIN & HR

• Day-to-day Administrative management.
• Set up Admin reporting system
• Ensure the organization is fully supplied with all required material supplies at minimal cost
• Ensure that the organization complies with all required regulations and is a socially responsible corporate member of the community.
• Designing and implementing HR system and policies
• Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster understanding and positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
• Coordinating all internal and external correspondence
• Managing employee documentation administration and ensure efficiency of database maintenance
• Managing employee compensation and benefits/entitlements administration process
• Managing employee welfare programme
• Managing employee disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Oversee payroll administration process and manage staff loan administration in an efficient manner
• Analyzing training needs to ensure employee development
• Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee disengagement
• Managing staff ad-hoc request
• Prepare management indicators to help coordination, monitor and control.
• Analyse logistical, administrative and HR information and create management indicators.
• Any other duty as required by the management

Educational Requirements

• A good first degree in a relevant field.
• A Masters degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Human Resources or an MBA is an added advantage.

Experience
• Desired 8 – 10 years experience, at least 3 of which must be in management position.
• Team management experience.
