A Human Resource Officer wanted in an IT/ Telecoms Firm. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Drive the formulation and implementation of effective Performance Management System that would help sustain a performance driven culture
• Ensure that the preparation of monthly labour turnover and stability indices, headcounts (monthly staff returns) is done in conformity with the standard staffing process
• Initiate and deliver the required training intervention for each employee in the organization and ensure the company gets full value for money
• Track and measure the impact of training intervention as a feedback to the process
• Update job profiles as instructed by the Shared Service Manager/Executive Management
• Ensure that the company’s Employee handbook is up to date and reflects the company’s human capital strategy
• Review and updates the Organization’s Organogram when there are changes in the organization structure
• Ensure that staff promotion is performance based
• Provide input into the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, hire and retain best talent
• Prepare and post advertisement for new employees or contacting recruiting agencies to provide services

• Coordinating the activities involved in the leave, disciplinary and dismissal, transfer and promotion of employees
