HR Officer. - A trade and retail that is focused on providing leading edge services to customer seeks the services of HR Officer with the following:
Qualification: BSc/BA in any course of study
Years of experience: 1-2 years (post NYSC)
Gender: Male
Age: 23-28 years
Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process of the organization to ensure hiring of best fit
· Support the line manager in ensuring the vision, mission and core value of the organization is effectively communicated
· Follow up staff performance to ensure the attainment of the overall company goals
· Support in the creation and implementation of relevant forms and formats for HR process
• Develop relevant forms and formats for effective process implementation
· Ensure staff welfare packages are duly effected
• Liaise with Admin to meet organizations internal needs
