A minimum of three (3) years post NYSC work experience
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to:

Develop and formulate HR policy that is in line with the organizational and industry standards.
Display the ability to plan, counsel, organize and lead people towards achieving set goals.
Display the ability to recruit, monitor staff performance and motivate staff to achieve set goals.
Advice the company on specific training needs for each staff to meet required needs as well as ensure staff retention and reduce staff attrition.
Create program to ensure staff buy into the vision of the organization and imbibe the culture of the organization.
Remarkably reposition the unit to meet with strategic plans
Ensure performances are rewarded appropriately.
