Our Client is a HR consulting firm in need of the services of a qualified and highly experienced HR Consultant for a 10days contract in Abuja.
Job Roles:
Design organizational structure for new start-up company; prepare appraisal module, reward system and Human resource policies etc.
Specification:
• A good first degree in Business administration, Social Sciences or Human Resources
• A minimum of 5-6years experience working in a Human Resource capacity
• A member of CIPM
• Experience in setting up HR policies for new start-up companies.
Date of commencement of contract is Monday, 1st February, 2010.
