Permit me to state here that degree restrictions and specifications should not matter when putting up a post.Yes, you need OND cos that's what you can afford...But there could be a Bsc. holder out there who can equally accept what you have to offer and deliver on the job. I think what you should be looking for is the right man for the job-not the man with the desired degree.
