POSITION: PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (REF: PDM 11)

QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc./HND in Packaging/Printing Technology, Food Science & Technology, Polymer Science or any related field. Specialized training in Food Packing Technology is mandatory.

THE PERSON: Organized with good interpersonal, negotiating and analytical skills. Team player with eye for details that is able to take risks. Must have sound knowledge of food laws and legislation's.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years working experience in a food organization, part of which must have been spent in packaging development/production.

POSITION: MANAGER-LEGAL SERVICES (REF: MLS 11)

QUALIFICATION: LLB, BL


THE PERSON: Organized with good analytical, reasoning and evaluation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Candidate must be well versed in law and able to perform assigned tasks in good time
EXPERIENCE: 10 years cognate experience in a reputable law firm

POSITION: ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY (REF: ACS 11)

QUALIFICATION:
First degree in Accounting, Law or the Social Sciences. Successful candidate must be an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN)

THE PERSON: Ideal candidate should be highly professional, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and be diplomatic. Must have confidentiality and presence, be confident and a good team player. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in the Company Secretarial Department of a large organization or with a reputable Company Secretarial Services provider

POSITION: CORPORATE AFFAIRS MANAGER (REF: CAM 11)

QUALIFICATION:
First degree in the Arts, Mass Communication, Political Sciences or Social Science. Possession of a Master’s degree would be an added advantage

THE PERSON: A natural connector with a wide range of personal contacts from diverse backgrounds; flexible willingness to deal with new subjects, able to challenge current ways of working and influence people; a proven and motivated individual with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; time management and organizational skills. Good writing and verbal communication and presentation skills, strong emphasis on multi-tasking and ability to priorities workload are essential
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the Public Affairs Office of a reputable Company. Experience in a reputable communication/ media house would be an advantage

POSITION: DEPUTY REGISTRAR (REF: DR 11)

QUALIFICATION:
First degree in Accounting, Finance or Law. Membership of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) or Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) is also a requirement.

THE PERSON: Must possess high level of confidentiality and integrity; excellent interpersonal skills; be highly motivated, committed, result oriented and able to work independently with little or no supervision, under pressure and time constraints.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years experience with reputable Registrars
