It has recently undergone restructuring and has on stream a leadership set to transform the Group to a formidable one in the medium term. It seeks the services of entrepreneurial but highly ethical professionals to join its Marketing Team.

POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER (LEC/EL/MM10/01)
This position has the overall responsibility for the sales & marketing function. This involves the development, establishment and maintaining of marketing strategies that will meet the set objectives of the company. It will also entail, managing the marketing and promotional activities of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATION
•Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
•Use of market intelligence to determine market requirements for existing and future products – real estates, furniture, granite and marble, etc
•Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and manage the productivity.
•Monitor, review and report marketing activities within specified time frame.
•Develop pricing strategy.
•Determine and manage marketing budget.
•Develop advert strategies and liaise with media and advertising bodies.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
•Minimum of First Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management or allied areas.
•Possession of 5 – 10 years cognate experience in a Senior Management position.
•Experience in developing & maintaining marketing strategies and market intelligence.
•Must have a good understanding of the product and industry.
•The ideal candidate must posses proven experience in customer and market research.
•Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
•He/She must be persuasive, innovative, analytical and have problem-solving skills.
•Must possess hands-on experience in the use of relevant software applications.

POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE (2) (LEC/EL/SE10/02)
This position reports to the Marketing Manager and has the responsibility of coordinating sales activities to meet the company’s objectives.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
•Minimum of first degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management or allied areas.
•Possession of 3-5 years experience in sales of related products is desirable.
•Proven experience in product sales and meeting of targets in a related industry.
•Must have a good understanding of the product and industry.
•The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience in customer and market research.
•Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
•He/She must be persuasive, innovative, analytical and posses problem-solving skills.
