Responsibilities:· Support with the Planning, developing and implementing ofstrategy for the Customer Relationship Management Function· Play a role in the development of proficient CustomerRelationship Management processes and applications.· Develop, optimize and implement business models for retention ofcompany’s customer base· Manage and optimize customer information on a CustomerRelationship Management software· Advice on Customer Relationship Management activities and ensuremonthly reporting· Identify and implement processes to improve and ensure accuracyof customer data· Manage the customer care telephone lines · Ensure key customer memorable events are promptly acknowledgedQualifications andRequirements:· Must possess a Degree preferably with a science background. · Computer literacy with proficiency in the use of word isessential.· Must have good and friendly personality coupled with excellentcommunication skills. · Strong attention for details· Excellent organization skills· Problem solving skills· Ability to prioritize
