We are urgently in need of Customer Care Executives to manage our Auto-Lease Outlet in Lagos

JOB OBJECTIVES.
· To advice clients on the financing options, attend promptly to clients’ enquires and hence increase client base and bottom-line.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· Relevant university degree
· At least 2 years practical Customer Care experience
· Age Not more than 30years old
· Computer literate-Compulsory

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Market the Company Products
· Attend promptly to client’s enquiries
· Collect vital information of interested clients for necessary data for follow up.
· Prepare weekly report for the Unit Meetings.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Highly numerate
· Effective negotiation skills
· Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
· Good team player
· Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
· Good problem solving abilities
· Ability to work under less or no supervisor.
