    "Employment opportunity with a prominent Nigerian fashion house in Abuja for an immediate opening for a secretary.

    Job Responsibilities include:

    * Schedule and confirm appointments of clients

    * Prepare and manage client invoices

    * Maintain client database

    * Set up and maintain filing systems

    * Liaise with client service, sales and production to coordinate appointments

    Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

    * Relevant training or experience

    * Customer-service orientated, professional presentation and effective communication skills

    * Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Outlook Calendar

    * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
