FOR POSITIONS 1-3
First degree or higher National Diploma in relevant discipline, Master Degree will be an advantage
Minimum of ten years post qualification experience out of which five must be in relevant position
Must have self drive and result orientation.
Business development skills and negotiations
Must be computer literate
People and management skills
Excellent communication skills
Good character and high sense of integrity
Relevant professional qualifications e.g ICAN
Customer service orientation
FOR 3 – well informed on real estate management, fair housing laws and property practices/procedures.

FOR POSITION – 4
First degree in Law from a recognized institution. Masters degree will be an advantage
Minimum of eight years post qualifications experiences, four (4) of which must be in similar positions
Good knowledge of Nigeria business environment.
Must be computer literate

FOR POSITION – 5
Minimum of 15 years experience
Specialization in Diesel engines
Knowledge and ability to use HND
Scanning/diagnostic machine
Knowledge of thermodynamics, mechanic, electrical motion and working of a combustion engine

FOR POSITION – 6
Minimum of 10 years experience
Ability and capability to manage very large fleet of truck
Good organizational and planning abilities
Good knowledge of logistics management

FOR POSITION – 7
First degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline
Minimum of two years post qualification experience
Customer service orientation and target driven
Must be computer literate

FOR POSITION – 8
Minimum of 10 years experience on Diesel engines truck especially Mack, R.M, CH, Mercedes etc.
