Retail Marketing Manager (#616080)
Description


In this position, you will be responsible for accelerating the introduction and sale of Intel technology into the retail market (mainly large format retail) place by establishing relationships with the executives of influential corporate retailers in Nigeria.
Job scope is to influence consumption of PC Sales with Sell More and Sell Up focus by using Retail Co Marketing Programs (i.e. RSP Training, Promoter, PoS, Cat Man, Retail Media).
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Leading Development and implementation of country consumer / retail strategies.
- Leading from middle and align all stakeholders around retail / consumer objectives.
- Developing and implementing go to market programs for direct and indirect partnering marketing programs
- Developing and implementing account strategies and align customers with Intel Strategies
- Managing relationships with internal & external stockholders / fellow travelers to maximize return on objectives
- Developing and implementing field coverage, sales support collateral, training, sales tools for field sales employees
- Tracking and analyzing sales out data and/or indicators to improve retail programs / activities impact
- Leading, directing and managing external consultants, agencies and other third party vendors towards Intel Strategies
Qualifications


We are looking for a recent university graduate who completed his/her latest degree preferably in Business Management no more than 18 months ago (including MBA degree)
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in a large organization developing strategies for consumer brands and driving promotional programs is a plus
- Exposure to modern retail trends and experience of leveraging modern retail for driving business growth of premium branded products
- Experience of IT industry would be an added advantage
