Our client one of the foremost companies in the ICT sector in Nigeria involved in the manufacturing and sales of computers requires the services of a branch manager.

Location(s): Abeokuta, Calabar

Core Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for running the company professionally and profitably with disciplined and highly motivated staff

Other responsibilities include:

Overseeing the sales managers in different sectors and states within the region

Ensuring that these managers and states are opened and the target deliverables are achieved by each manager within the state

Ensure Executive and support for all sales tea members

Ensure that total branch sales turnover is met

Ensure compliance to all approved policies, processes and procedures

Ensure growth in public sector market

Establish chains of showrooms & franchising in up-country and channel market

Establish market share in upcountry, parastatals & tertiary institutions

Establish new bank accounts, coordinate, and monitor performance of existing ones in the region


Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have:

Good degree in any of the following
Computer Engineering; Marketing/Sales and other related fields
Possession of a masters degree in Business Administration or related fields will be desirable
Membership of related professional body is a plus but not a must
Minimum of 10 years hands on experience

Be technically sound in system building and maintenance
Be business orientated and possess strong analytical skills
Be able to close top level deals unaided
Be able to drive performance and maintain a highly motivated staff
