Job Description
We are an integrated real estate firm with about a decade experience in property development and construction, with corporate office in Lagos.
Our mission is to develop properties that guarantee enduring value to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
To support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
To be responsible for the development of inhouse marketing materials.
Preparation of marketing presentations.
manage the company brands.
Coordinate all advert, branding and PR campaigns.
Develop brand identities for any new products and services.
Manage existing customer relationships and develop new relationships.
Conduct market research.
Maintain and manage relationship with partners.
develop performance metrics for marketing spend.
Jointly manage the marketing budget.
Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head of Business Development and Strategy.

Qualification/Experience:
BSc in Social Science, Humanities or related disciplines.
At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising or media related exposure.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Very good presentation and report writing skills.
Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
