ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
· Qualification: B.A/B. Sc in Business Administration and related field

· Age: 28 – 36years

· Gender: Male/Female

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise shifts in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
· Reviews performance with team
· Creates shift schedule to include: training, employee off duty, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
· Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
· Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
· Ensures the management of all stock with other relevant offices
· Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to ensure quality customer service ad stock/product
· Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Ensure a clean and safe work area.
· Complete shift paper work.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Excellent knowledge of the retail industry
Excellent communication skill (oral and verbal)
Excellent presentation skill
Eyes for details
Good customer service skills
Good interpersonal
Creative and problem solving skills
Good use of the computer; Microsoft office packages
