An IT hardware Company engaged in the business of production of computers, seeks to hire suitable candidates to fill in the following positions: General Manager (Abuja), Assistant General Manager (Northern Nigeria), Assistant General Manager (Delta), Asistant General Manager (Calabar), Head of Accounts, Human Resource Supervisor/Special assistant to the MD and Retail Channel Manager..
Below are a few of the requirements for the above named positions:

Job Function: General Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• The GM is expected to train, supervise and motivate sales staff.
• Although a GM will participate in sales calls, deliver sales presentations or meet with clients,
• His/her primary responsibility is to track, monitor and bolster sales for her team's assigned product, territory or department.
• It is the GM’s responsibility to reach firm revenue targets, produce accurate sales forecasts and set performance goals for subordinates.
Man SpecificationsJob specification of General Manager includes:
1. A minimum of twelve (10) years of experience in sales, business management, planning and financial oversight.
2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in senior management.
Education
BSc Computer Science or any related field an MBA will be an added advantage.



Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Job Responbsibilities
• The AGM fill focus all sales efforts and strategies to deliver sales targets in his/her assigned regions.

Title: Retail Channel Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement category management programs for targeted channels.
• Recommend channel based competitive research and benchmarking to drive business growth.
• Assess competitive strategies and new product offerings to minimize risks and leverage opportunities.
• Develop and create retailers’ forums in which first hand product performance may be reported.
• Analyzing customer reports to maximize product exposure with the ability to create plans to capitalize on opportunities to grow business.
Retail Channel Manager Job Specification
Job specification of Retail Channel Manager includes:
1. A minimum of Eight (5) years of experience in a Trade/Channel Marketing role with focus on ICT.
2. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the retail and consumer packaged goods industries










Title: Human Resources Executive/Special Assistant to MD





PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all human resource activities which include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development at the branch level.
• Coordination of Appraisal for staff at the branch level.
• Prepare process and distribute payroll at the branch level.
• Coordination of new employee orientation process at the branch level.
• Management of annual leave roster, post probation confirmations, data base management, and health, safety and environment services at the branch.
• Managing and organizing the MD’s personal agenda, meetings, travel, ` correspondent and daily routine calls in Abuja
• Attending to and monitoring urgent enquiries and issues, ensuring that they are brought to the MD’s direct attention and where necessary, referring matters to the appropriate line manager for action
• Maintaining confidentiality, recording and filling system for the MD’s Abuja office and other members of the executive management team as required
• Representing the MD at events if necessary
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws.
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
• A Bachelor's Degree
• BSc in Human Resources, Social Science or any related field. CIPM or its equivalent will be an added advantage and three to five years of human resource experience.


Job Title: Head of Accounts

Job Responsibilities
Allocate payments & clearings to sub-ledger (vendors & open invoices)
Compiles financial information and assists in the preparation of reports.
Records, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Initiates and processes journal entries into various accounts.
Reconciles sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolves differences.
Provides information to management, staff, and individuals or organizations; explains accounting transactions; resolves accounting issues and discrepancies.
Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government and private agencies.

Job specification
• Five to seven years prior supervisory experience in Accounting. Experience working in the IT industry is desirable.
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, and Accounting packages.
Education
BSc in Accounting.ACA will be an added advantage.
