    Zain is not recruiting o. They just lay off over 300 off their staff, and they are planning to still outsource some. All this in the name of cutting cost. So why would they still recruit new staff.

    It is true they laid off about 300 of their staff. They are only outsourcing for contract staff (call center reps) at the moment, and this has been going on for about a month now. Hmm! It is well o
