Topic: wtat is acess bank problem

can anybody tell me why acess bank is so adamant about 2.1 and maximum age of 24.survey in portharcourtreveals that 68% of their staff are state universities gradate.can they get the best man power if they insist on this ?

to be adamant about 2.1 is a little understanding but for age 24 is simple because they only want you to be a true Nigerian by lying i.e age reduction by an affidavit. for best man power what do you expect cheats, liers, etc.
