I know their Renumeration is one of the best in Naija banking, if not the best...i dont know the amount specifically, i've heard alot of bankers trying to swing over because of their pay package
GTB IS PAYING 225,000 PER MONTH AND OCEANIC PAYS HIGHER THAN GTB .IF U GOT JOB WITH NEW GENERATION BANK U ARE WELL TO DO.GO AND SECURE IT AND DON'T 4GET OTHERS
Well working in any of these banks, a greater %age of the salary is usually tied to performance/productivity. its what you take home at the end of the month dat matters and that is what we should all plan our budget with.

cos i can see u merely divided that figure by 12
actually there are deductions like pension,tax etc
so monthly take home is 176k
