Our client, a Lagos based Health Maintenance Organization with the imperative of strengthening its management and operational structure as part of its growth strategy, has necessitated these searches for self motivated & very professional individuals of high integrity into the following positions in various divisions of the company.

1. Head, Quality Assurance (HMO)
Qualification, experience, skills and competences:
Must posses an MBCHB/MBBS
Minimum 5 years post-NYSC experience
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Must posses good administrative skills
Experience in a similar work environment will be an added advantage

2. Head, Business Development/Marketing (HMO)
He/she would be responsible for the sale of company’s products and services, set up client databases, generation of routine call memos and churn out reports, follow up marketing and conduct business research.

Qualification, experience, skills and competences:
Minimum of a second class or its equivalent in Marketing or any other relevant discipline from any reputable university
Must posses minimum 10 years work experience, out of which (6) must have been at a senior management level either in Financial, Insurance or Health Maintenance sector
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be between 35 – 39 years of age
Must be highly creative and posses strong leadership skills
Must be heavily target driven and result oriented
Posses experience in developing & executing marketing programs in an entrepreneurial set-up
Must posses team building and co-coordinating skills
Must posses good relationship management skills
An Masters degree in a relevant course or MBA will be an added advantage

3. Head, Corporate Marketing (HMO)

Qualification, experience, skills and competences:
Minimum of a second class or its equivalent in Marketing or any other relevant discipline from any reputable university
Must posses minimum 5 years relevant post-NYSC experience
Ability to deliver in an inspiring and demanding environment
Must posses good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to get businesses and derive deposits
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
