JOB TITLE
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (BD-RM-01)
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing/Business Administration or any related qualification
NMIN/NIM or other Professional qualification(s) will be an added advantage(s)
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS
· Minimum of 2 years cognate business development/ relationship management experience.
· Extensive cutting edge industry knowledge.
· Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
· Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities.
· Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken).
· Innovative, dynamic couple with CAN-DO attitude.
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – a must.
CORE FUNCTIONS
· Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
· Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
· Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
· Build referral and lead generation network
· Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
