Plz House members has the visa lottery actually started, I have been trying to fill the form on
dvlottery.state.gov/application.aspx yet no success. I beg anybody don submit, make you tell me. I equally saw on net on Nigerian tribune that it will start 0n 08/10/08 while Diversity said it has started, which one correct i beg.
