They are looking to hire an Executive Secretary. the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications.

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to THE CHAIRMAN

JOB PURPOSE: To provide high level executive support to the Chairman in Operations and both administrative/executive functions.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to the Chairman

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working closely with the Chairman, provide high calibre executive support and play a pivotal role within the organisation.

• To provide full range of support services to the Chairman as follows.

1. Manage and maintain an overview of Chairman's dairy in order to maximise effectiveness of working time and to ensure engagements take forward business priorities as well as take into account other competing demands such as, the needs of offices and clients.

2. Develop a good understanding of, and demonstrable commitment to ADATA INVESTMENT’S Mission, Vision, Values and areas of work to assist the Chairman in balancing his internal and external priorities.

3. Assist the Chairman in monitoring email and flagging up potential issues that require urgent attention.


4. Manage information flow to and from the Chairman ensuring information is filtered, flagged or directed appropriately.

5. Ensure the provision of a high quality, responsive and professional service to both internal and external communications (staff, callers, emails and correspondence and visitors.

6. Oversee and arrange all logistical aspects of meetings, visits and travel arrangements for the Chairman.

7. Manage all administrative needs linked to the Chairman work and office including compiling and processing expenses, acquiring or maintenance of equipment, proactive monitoring and updating of the Chairman's contacts databases.

8. Develop, maintain and review paper or electronic knowledge management systems to support and enhance information storage/retrieval, dissemination and confidentiality (where appropriate), liaising internally where appropriate.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• A good first degree in Humanities or Arts/Business Administration.
--- An MBA or MSC in Economics or its equivalent is a must
--- The cndidate muist have worked in an Audit firm or a research firm in same capacity.
---- Candidate must be highly numeric and versatile
