do u know that shoprite nigeria sacked all their 300 workers without any entitlement, because they asked for a better working conditions (CHRISTMAS BONUS, MEDICAL, SICK LEAVE,40 HRS A WEEK PRESENTLY 45HRS A WEEK,AND INCENTIVE BONUS AS PROMISED BY THE MANAGEMENT) and employed new staffs nextday without settling the striking workers. thanks with the help of their HR manager, a Nigerian by name, Mrs DEOLA KAGHO.
