Regional Sales Manager – Abuja • Role: The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, business development, demand generation, and market share growth within the assigned territory. This role includes customer management, field force leadership, and marketing activities. • Requirements: • B Pharm degree or equivalent/Life Sciences or Medical or pharmaceutical sciences. MBA is an advantage • 2-3 years of team leadership experience in multinational or indigenous environments • Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members • Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience • Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills • Compensation: Up to NGN400,000 per month, based on experience, competence, and performance track record.
