for ibadan the discription is, take a cab going to ring road drop at SUMAIL. ask anybody to direct u to oluyole police station. opposite oluyole police station is there office.
for lagos, the discription is found ur way to obanikoro bus stop, there is a junction by the right along the ikorodu to yaba enter the street and ask for icsl from anybody u think is educated, the place is not far from the obanikoro bus stop.
